A long-awaited chance to meet colleagues face to face at the Nordkapp Summer Party 2020!

Last Friday we finally got the chance to meet most of our colleagues face to face again at Nordkapp’s Summer Party! This year we decided to leave out the exotic activities and just hang around with friends in a relaxing atmosphere. We travelled by boat to the beautiful island of Herrö in Espoo archipelago. The weather was just superb, and the sea was still warm enough for swimming. Some of us went for a small hike and climbed to the observation tower on the highest part of the island. We tried out also metal detecting on the beach with courtesy of Matti. No hidden treasures this time though.

When the remote work is becoming a new normal in the current situation, it feels very special to meet co-workers face to face and have a nice evening outside with good food, music and company. The remote meetings are usually straight to the point without too much chit-chatting, so hanging around with colleagues without any agenda was really welcomed.

The New Website

Satu, Liam, Joska, Sami, and Juhani have been busy crunching the design and content for the new Nordkapp website in just a couple of weeks! The new site will bring more clarity to our offering and improve site structure in addition to new fresh visuals. It will be live pretty soon, so stay tuned!

Masked Designers

Our company provided us with re-usable anti-viral masks from Senscommon for safe commuting. The selected colour is, of course, the Nordkapp’s all-time favourite: black!

It’s a Boy!

Our colleague Liam wasn’t able to join the party on Friday because of a very good reason: his first child was born! We wish the baby and the parents the warmest congratulations!
